Information "Experience it, it will change you!" 
A three-day musical adventure in the Town of Canso, this festival is a tribute to the Canadian singer/songwriter Stan Rogers who had strong family roots in the area. The world of folk music is yours to discover annually in this charming seaside town. 
Enjoy an exciting line-up of Maritime, Traditional and Old-time Folk and a variety of other musical genres including Celtic, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, World-Beat, Gospel, Bluegrass, Country, Acadian and more. See artists perform in full main stage sets, or join groups or artists for song writers circles and smaller, more intimate performances. The festival also hosts a number of performers to entertain the children in the crowd. This event is very family friendly! Camping is available onsite.  
Over 50 artists and groups from around the world gather in Canso to celebrate songwriting and to perform 100+ shows on 7 festival stages. The festival has welcomed renowned artists like Garnet Rogers, Juice Newton, Jim Cuddy, Bruce Guthro, Michelle Wright and many more.
